Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the SauAI app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using SauAI you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information: when you sign in with Google or email, we receive your name, email address and profile photo. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
Content you create: the prompts you enter and the outputs you generate (text and images) are stored so you can access your creation history. Content you choose to publish to the Discover feed is visible to other users.
Purchase information: subscription and credit-pack purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive purchase confirmations (not your card details) via RevenueCat to activate your benefits.
Usage & device data: app interactions, crash reports and device information via Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) to improve the app and send notifications you enable.
Advertising identifiers: if you choose to watch rewarded ads, Google AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to serve ads. You can reset or limit this ID in your device settings.

2. How we use information

To provide the service: generate AI content, maintain your credit balance, sync your creations.
To process your prompts through AI providers (Groq for text, fal.ai for images). Prompts are sent to these providers solely to generate your requested output.
To grant rewards, run streaks, challenges and leaderboards.
To send push notifications you have enabled (you can turn these off in device settings).
To prevent abuse: prompts pass through automated safety moderation.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your private creations to train AI models.
We do not show ads without your action — ads in SauAI are rewarded ads you choose to watch.

4. Third-party services

SauAI uses: Supabase (database & authentication), Groq and fal.ai (AI generation), Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, notifications), Google AdMob (rewarded ads), RevenueCat and Google Play Billing (purchases). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data anytime from Profile → Delete account inside the app, or by following the steps on our account deletion page. Deletion removes your profile, creations, credit history and published posts.

6. Children

SauAI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to production systems is restricted. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard practices.
