Terms of Service

1. The service

SauAI provides AI-powered creation tools (text and images) through a credit system. Features, tools and pricing may change as the service evolves.

2. Credits, subscriptions & purchases

Credits (⚡) are a virtual in-app currency with no real-money value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded for cash.
Credits can be earned free (daily bonus, rewarded ads, referrals, challenges) or purchased.
Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play and can be cancelled anytime in your Play subscriptions settings. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
If a generation fails on our side, the credits spent are automatically refunded to your balance.
We may adjust credit earn rates and tool costs to keep the service sustainable.

3. Your content

You own the outputs you generate, to the extent permitted by law, and may use them personally or commercially.
By publishing a creation to the Discover feed you grant SauAI a non-exclusive license to display it within the app, and other users may view and remix it.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the outputs.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SauAI to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive (e.g. impersonation), or that infringes others' rights. Prompts pass automated moderation; violations may lead to content removal, credit forfeiture or account termination.

5. AI content disclaimer

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. Verify important information independently. Specific tools carry additional disclaimers: Astrology and Dream Interpreter are for entertainment; health, fitness and meal tools provide general guidance, not medical advice; Sarkari Application Writer produces reference drafts, not legal advice; business and finance tools are educational, not professional advice.

6. Termination

You may delete your account anytime (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Purchased benefits are not refundable on termination for violation, except as required by law or Google Play policy.

7. Limitation of liability

SauAI is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SauAI Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand shall have jurisdiction. Contact: help@sauai.in
